Protein Power Snack Balls

I was starving and bored at work today, so I ran home to make a kale quinoa salad, and I threw together some Crunchy Raw Protein Balls because I was craving chocolate. Second time I’ve made them in a week. Definitely a winner! I didn’t use sesame seeds, used unsweetened sunflower seed butter instead of almond butter (and I would use only 1/4 cup next time), and added Enjoy Chocolate Chips. Also rolled a few around in raw shredded coconut to mix it up a bit.
