Getting Started

I’ve documented my son’s allergies pretty well on Facebook, so I often have people ask me one of two things:

(1) How do I determine if me or my child has food allergies or sensitivities? (or)

(2) How do I get started going allergy-free? (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, peanut-free, egg-free, soy-free, shellfish-free, etc.)

Click on the links above to see my most common response, depending on which one (or both) apply to you. Everyone gets started at a different point, so maybe you can skip over straight to the recipes, or maybe you need some guidance before you venture out into the world of food limitations.
